1. Booking Policy
All tours must be booked in advance through our website or official communication channels.
A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or as agreed.
You will receive a booking confirmation email with all necessary details.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and cash (EUR, USD, or MAD).
All prices are clearly stated, with no hidden fees.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
In case of unexpected weather conditions or emergencies, we will offer to reschedule or provide an alternative tour when possible.
4. Changes to Itinerary
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to adjust your itinerary.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
5. Travel Insurance
We recommend that all travelers have personal travel insurance covering medical, accidents, and trip cancellations.
6. Health & Safety
Your safety is our priority. All our tours follow local safety guidelines.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions in advance.
7. Responsibility
JoynMorocco is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during tours.
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by external factors such as weather, political events, or transportation issues.
8. Respect for Culture
We ask all guests to respect Moroccan culture, traditions, and local communities.
Dress modestly in rural areas and always ask before taking photos of people.
